The propagation and amplification of ultrashort terahertz pulses in a nonequilibrium photoionization plasma channel formed xenon by powerful femtosecond UV laser pulse is studied three-dimensional geometry. study based on the self-consistent numerical integration second-order wave equation cylindrical geometry Boltzmann kinetic two-term expansion to describe electron velocity distribution function spatially inhomogeneous channel.
